1Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the boss8055 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any channel we provide — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours.

These Terms take effect from the date you first use the boss8055 platform. Continued use following any amendments is deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Member Eligibility

3Registration & Account Security

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the boss8055 platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

By registering, you agree to:

• Providing complete, accurate and up-to-date information — including your full name, phone number, email address and valid date of birth.
• Using the exact name as it appears on your official identification document (MyKad or passport).
• Keep your password secure and do not share account access with any other party.
• Notify boss8055 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

Boss8055 is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the boss8055 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods are as follows:

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made through a payment method registered in your own name. boss8055 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Boss8055 reserves the right to request verification of ownership of your payment account at any time.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes. If there is a delay, please contact our customer support team with proof of transaction.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise instructed by our verification team.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes for e-wallet methods and within 1 business day for bank transfers.
• Boss8055 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete for requests exceeding RM 10,000.
• Withdrawal attempts to third-party accounts will be declined and may result in an account investigation.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Boss8055 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements specified individually for each offer.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only. Each member is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once.
• Wagering requirements are typically between 15x to 30x the bonus value received, depending on the promotion type. Specific conditions are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Unused bonuses or unmet wagering requirements within 14 days will expire automatically upon the calendar date.
• Boss8055 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of promotional abuse or fraud.
• Only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

6Game Rules

All games on the boss8055 platform — including live casino, table games (blackjack, roulette, poker), Sports Betting (EPL, Malaysia Super League, badminton, e-sports), and slots — are subject to the following rules:

• All game results are final. boss8055 does not accept appeals against completed game outcomes except in cases of proven technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, boss8055 will restore the session to the last verifiable point. If restoration is not possible, the relevant wager will be refunded in full.
• Confirmed and accepted bets cannot be cancelled by the player.
• Boss8055 reserves the right to void or reject any wager suspected of involving insider information, fraud, or exploitation of system errors.
• Minimum and maximum bet values for each game are set and displayed within the respective game interface.

For Sports Betting, wagers on events such as Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, and e-sports are subject to additional rules available at Sports Betting page.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the boss8055 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and legal action:

• Identity fraud — registering with a false name, age, or personal information.
• Money laundering — using the boss8055 platform for money laundering or financing any illegal activity.
• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, or using bots to exploit promotions.
• Unauthorised software use — using any automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• Cyberattacks — attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the boss8055 platform infrastructure.
• Payment fraud — using stolen, unauthorised, or another person's payment method.
• Threats and harassment — threatening or harassing boss8055 staff or other users.

8Privacy & Data Protection

Boss8055 takes your privacy very seriously. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy we comply with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

By using the boss8055 platform, you agree that we may:

• Collecting personal information you provide during registration and use of the platform.

• Sending you service-related communications, promotions, and platform updates via email or SMS — you may unsubscribe at any time.

Boss8055 never sells or shares your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Boss8055 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or platform abuse.
• Complying with instructions from the relevant authorities.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the boss8055 customer support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be met, or any associated bonus funds will be forfeited.

Valid cash balances (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you within 5 business days upon completion of the verification process.

10Responsible Gaming

Boss8055 is fully committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your playing habits:

• Deposit Limit — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit — your account is automatically locked once your self-set loss limit is reached.
• Session Time Limit — receive a notification or be blocked once your set play time limit is reached.
• Session Break — take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — an option to exclude yourself from the platform for an extended period.

11Liability Limits

• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from the user's own actions or negligence, including failure to maintain account security.
• Any errors or delays caused by third-party payment processors.

In all cases, boss8055's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim.

12Terms & Conditions Amendment

Boss8055 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to you via:

• Email to the address registered to your account.
• An in-platform notification on boss8055 the next time you log in.
• Updates are reflected on the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the boss8055 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please close your account before the effective date.

13Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law, and all disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through procedures established by the relevant authorities.

By using the boss8055 platform, you acknowledge that you understand and comply with all applicable local laws governing the use of online gambling platforms in your country or region of residence.
